حدثنا عبد الله بن محمد المسندي قال حدثنا أبو روح الحرمي بن عمارة قال حدثنا شعبة عن واقد بن محمد قال سمعت أبي يحدث عن بن عمر أن رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم قال أمرت أن أقاتل الناس حتى يشهدوا أن لا إله إلا الله وأن محمدا رسول الله ويقيموا الصلاة ويؤتوا الزكاة فإذا فعلوا ذلك عصموا مني دماءهم وأموالهم إلا بحق الإسلام وحسابهم على الله

Dari Ibnu Umar r.a, katanya Rasulullah saw, bersabda: "Aku diperintah supaya memerangi manusia, hingga mereka mengakui bahawa tidak ada Tuhan selain Allah dan bahawa Muhammad itu Rasul Allah, dan supaya mereka menegakkan solat dan membayar zakat. Apabila yang demikian telah mereka lakukan, maka darah dan harta mereka mendapat perlindungan dari ku, kecuali kerana alasan-alasan (hukum) Islam. Sedangkan perhitungan (peradilan) mereka terserah kepada Allah."
